We’ll start by setting up a free in-home estimate or virtual video estimate. Your move coordinator will take inventory of your belongings and note any additional circumstances that need to be taken into account (i.e. specialty items, packing needs, storage, move dates, and so on) before creating your custom quote.

You can also choose to submit your inventory at your own pace using the advanced moving program on our website.
Worried about the cost of hiring professional movers? We pad your furniture, not our prices – we take pride in providing our clients with the most accurate cost estimates available.

Ongoing Communication

We’ll communicate status updates with you in the time leading up to your move and confirm the move dates about one week before. Feel free to direct any questions toward your coordinator, or log into the customer portal to review the details of your move.

On the morning of the move, you’ll receive two texts from us:
1. When the moving crew is on their way with an ETA
2. When they arrive at your location
